Hon Ursula Owusu Ekuful to Thrill constituents with 'MP' s CUP 2018'

Honourable Ursula Owusu Ekuful, MP for Ablekuma West and Minister of Communication is set to thrill her constituents with an exciting football gala competition. The event, scheduled to take place on the 6th March 2018, will commemorate Ghana's 61st Anniversary and also hopes to bring together both old and young in her constituency. The event which will take place at the Karl Reindorf Park in Dansoman will attract top CEOs, businesses, churches, and youth groups within the constituency. The event will also have the honourable MP in attendance. Organizers hope this year's event will be better and bigger than the previous with lots of food and health supplements to spare

UCC VC describes court order as 'bogus' - ATL file Contempt

Lawyer for the embattled 22 students leaders of Atlantic Hall who were unlawfully rusticated after violence broke out on campus last year has filed a contempt suit at the Cape Coast high Court following the university's flagrant disregard for the orders of the court to restore the students. The suit which was filed on 27th February 2018 comes after both the high court and the Supreme Court  struck out the university's application for a review of the judgement delivered last year. The University has refused to obey the orders of the court and also refused to cooperate despite the fact that lawyer for the 22 students has written letters to them. The hearing of the contempt application is slated for 9th March, 2018. UCC Hospital receives Team Kingsley - SRC Presidential Aspirant

Kingsley Nana Akowuah, an SRC Presidential aspirant of the University of Cape Coast, on Wednesday 14th February 2018 paid a courtesy call on the University of Cape Coast Hospital. 14th February is marked worldwide as a day of love and so team Kingsley used the occasion to show love and affection to the sick. The team interacted with patients and hospital staff and also offered prayers for a speedy recovery The team seized the opportunity to donate some items to the hospital and the patients. Some management and patients, overwhelmed with joy, expressed their sincere gratitude to the Team for their kind gesture and admonished other well meaning groups in society to replicate the gesture. Kingsley on his part thanked management for the warm reception accorded his team and promised to do even better when elected as student leader.

Deputy Boss of State Housing Corporation, Roni Nicole, endorses Nana B

Reports and evidences gathered by Ghana News Point suggest that the Deputy Boss of the State Housing Corporation, Mr Roni Nicole, may have endorsed Henry Nana Boakye popularly known as Nana B for the national youth organizer position  of the NPP This was after recent pictures of Mr Nicole displaying the popular 'nyame nsa womu' symbol emerged on social media. The astute politician and former MP aspirant of Ablekuma West Constituency joins the tall list of party bigwigs who have endorsed the Nana B agenda. Nana B is strongly touted as the most likely person to win that position due to his connection with the grassroot and party faithfuls.
