Ablekuma West Primaries.... Osei Puni Stands Tall

Your most authoritative GHANA NEWS POINT can confirm that Mr. Bright Osei Puni, popularly known in political circles as Oyeomo, is set to launch his bid to contest the chairmanship position of Ablekuma West NPP.

The veteran politician who has served the party from the grassroot during his youthful days and currently acts as the Chairman of the constituency is strongly touted as the most competent person to hold the front of the party.

Though he's set to face stiff opposition from two other contestants, Mr Opuni is expected to count on his experience, exposure, competence, expertise and resources to win that position.

The 'Nkabomhene' as Mr. Osei is popularly known, is expected to name his other executives later this week, who're likely to be known faces in the constituency to aid in his campaign.

Ablekuma West MP Initiates 'Toilet For All' Program - aimed at resolving Cholera Menace

In statement released today, Saturday, 20th July 2019, the member of Parliament for the Ablekuma West Constituency has reiterated her commitment to downscaling the Cholera menace in her Constituency. In 2014, the Greater Accra Regional Health Directorate in a report reviewed 1126 Cholera cases recorded in the region.
